十年经验，在GPC认证等级来说至少是Specailist级别了,目前国内第一批认证都通过这个。
Sound knowledge, proven skills and competencies in application of project planning principles, methodologies and tools, supporting all phases of project execution, particularly around schedule development, progress measurement/reporting and earned value, within a large project oriented EPC or Owner Organization.
在EPC或业主干过比较有优势，目前很多计划工程师都在施工单位做，如果不太爱学习，很多时候就是一个统计员的工作，对于整个项目的规划和计划、进度缺乏全面系统的认识。

Global Project Planning Experience: Proven skills and experience of planning of projects on global basis, executed by multiple engineering offices. Understanding of a variety of project types, structures and contract terms. This includes sale of gas (SOG), third party sale of equipment (SOE) and joint ventures.
这段也非常有意思，实际要求具有全球视野眼光，不要做过一个比较大的项目是不够的，还要更多国际工程实践会更好，举例来说，搞过北京大兴机场，但不代表全球的机场都能干的牛逼！环境、平台、资源非常重要！
此外，还要来接项目特点，是BOT、PPP、EPC等等、还有不要抱着一个FIDIC不放，项目合同交付多样性也是非常多的。

1. General
Responsible for developing and maintaining the generic/baseline schedules for coal gasification project aligned with the generic discipline L4 deliverables list.
Responsible for supporting the Product Line, Project Execution and Engineering Teams during the Bid and Award Phases to deliver and maintain competitive project schedules. During Execution, ensuring the Project Planning team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances. Ensuring that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project

2.Project Planning During Bid Phase
Responsible for developing the key milestone dates and L1/L2 opportunity specific schedule based in the generic/baseline schedules in conjunction with the Product Line and Project Execution teams, understanding and incorporating the opportunity scope split and contract requirements.
投标阶段，根据项目范围编制一级、二级计划！这里也有明示，根据项目范围和合同要求！
3.Project Planning Project Award Phase
Responsible for updating key milestone dates and L1/L2 working schedule incorporating client milestones, update the discipline L4 deliverables list and confirm man-hours, conduct Last Planner sessions as required, prepare L3 schedule in conjunction with the Product Line and Project Execution teams, and consistent with the as sold scope, scope split, milestones, specific contract requirements and execution strategy. Prepare the progress measurement systems and reporting tools (including resource histograms and S curves).

4Project Planning During Project Execution
Responsible for guiding and advising Projects, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning on maintaining the schedule and optimizing working including critical and near critical path analysis, schedule risk review. Prepare L3 construction and commissioning schedules and provide support to planning and QS resources on site. Maintain accurate progress measurement systems (progress S curves, resource histograms, resource efficiency curves, progress measurement tables, earned value reporting, internal/external milestone tables, critical path views) for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning. Reporting on progress, progress variance, resource productivity, project KPI’s.
